Welcome to the
Brooklyn Skate Garden

Located in Mount Prospect Park, nestled between Grand Army Plaza and the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Skate Garden will provide a safe, welcoming environment for skaters, neighbors, visitors and guests—while strengthening the park as a shared space for everyone.

The BSG will blend skateboarding space with new trees, native landscaping, comfortable seating, walkable pathways, and gathering spaces—encouraging movement, rest, and community life, side by side.

The Brooklyn Skate Garden is more than a skate park—it’s a green, shared community space designed to complement and enrich the surrounding park.
